Jesus Cares Ministry (JCM) is a unique outreach ministry of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in St. Paul, MN, which serves families with special needs within the congregation and reaches out to people with a developmental disability in our community providing Christian Bible study, adapted worship services, and fellowship activities.
